THE INITIATION/MOUNTAINTOP MOTEL MASSACRE DOUBLE FEATURE combines two full-length, classic horror films. In THE INITIATION, a sorority hazing turns deadly as a group of young women spend the night in a shopping mall. Kelly Fairchild, played by MELROSE PLACE's Daphne Zuniga, is being inducted into the sorority, but also must contend with a recurring nightmare that may be linked to a violent episode in her past. In MOUNTAINTOP MOTEL MASSACRE, Evelyn Chambers, a mentally ill older woman who runs a creepy motel, snaps after an accident mackinaw motel and goes on motel-wide killing spree. Phish - Bittersweet Motel (DVD)

A low-key addition to the rockumentary genre, BITTERSWEET MOTEL is a behind-the-scenes look at life on the road with the mega-cult jam band Phish. Fans of Phish`s anything-goes musical philosophy--one segment finds them bringing down the house with their take on a barbershop quartet--will surely be begging for more, while the uninitiated will get a glimpse not just of the curveballs they throw onstage, but also their goofball camaraderie offstage mackinaw motel and the down-to-earth quality that obviously endears them to their ardent followers.
